Summer Reading Assignment
All students entering 6th Grade must complete the following:- Complete 10 IXLs from your individual plans for returning students or 10 IXLs from Summer Boost: Language Arts Grade 6 for new students
- Select any fiction novel of your choice
- The book must be at least 150 pages
- Complete the graphic organizer on the link below
- These assignments will count towards the first trimester
History EXTRA CREDIT!!!!!- All incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th graders can earn up to 15pts extra credit to be applied in the first marking period by visiting historical sites this summer.
- Vistit up to 3 historical sites and earn 5pts per site.
- Take a photo of the site
- Email me a paragraph explaining what you learned and a photo of the site to earn the extra credit.
